Always Dream
A small and quite insignificant thought,
Can change the day quite drastically.
From reading a book, to pondering on dreams,
Can change the mindset entirley.
My dream began, with a very small change,
That altered my daily routine.
I’d take pride of myself, which wasn’t quite common,
I’d ensure that I kept myself clean.
From there my depression, would gradually go,
I wouldn’t feel lonely inside.
I felt my confidence, my posture and speech,
Would all begin to rise.
My confidence went up as the weeks went by,
I’d throw my life to the unknown.
I’d live each day, with a smiling face,
The days had gone where I’d cry.
I ask you now, to please love you,
For you’re the only one there is.
And if there’s no you, there’s a hole in the world,
No matter what you have been through.
It’s fine to cry, it’s fine to dance,
To talk and have time on your own,
Progress on your dreams, and throughout the years,
You’ll only progress and advance.
You are amazing, you’ve been blessed with existence,
Against countless universal odds,
You’re one a billion, and don’t forget that,
Even with negative resistance.
You deserve your life, and every minute,
Every memory in-between.
Don’t waste a day, in a bed to lay,
Regretting, when you’ll be a spirit.
