Always Been You
Your eyes, such an incredible shade of green
The most beautiful eyes I’ve ever seen
The face of an angel - a smile so bright
Gives that light to my world on the darkest of nights
I love you so much, it hurts to explain
You’ve healed my heart
And lessened past pain
Now that I’ve found you
I could never let go
Still those feelings inside
Continue to grow
The love of my life
From out of the blue
How could I know it had always been you?
