Always and Forever

I’ve loved you from the day we met
To me there was no doubt.
Knowing that you were the one
I could not live without.

The sweetest smile I’ve ever seen,
The sparkle in your eyes.
All the love within your heart,
That’s where your beauty lies.

We’ve spent our lives together,
For fifty wonderful years.
With all the good times and the bad
With all our hopes and fears.

So walk with me a few more miles
To see what’s ‘round the bend.
With hand in hand together
Until we reach the end.

To say the words “I love you”
Would be a small endeavor.
And so I’ve added these three words,
“Always and Forever”
