Gary Dye Poet Epitaph

Alright

I looked up to
the sky
To pray to
         God
I saw a leaf
shaped like
   a star
The sun was
starting to set
on the last
   day
of summer
or the first
day of fall
   I gazed in
         awe
at what I saw
   And
         smiled...
I think
   that he...
         Mister God!
Smiled back
         at me...
