Along the Way

Somewhere along the way
I got lost in yesterday
In a room where music played
the same where we once stayed

Our touch demure. . . forbidden
two lives cramped and hidden
so many feel this way
so lost in yesterday...

Likely. Once I dreamed I was in an art gallery staring at a gorgeous rendering when I was immediately jolted and awoke only to faintly remember that this once thing of beauty looked no more than like a thin sliced cabbage, void of color. I suppose the mind plays tricks..or dreams do....take care thanks for stopping....
