Along the Gardens Edge

As I walked along,
the gardens edge,
I knelt right there
on bended knee.
As I bowed my head,
to pray,
the tears began
to fall.
I sensed his presence,
and felt his love,
for on that joyful day,
he knocked
upon the door,
and I opened up,
my heart to him.
He gave to me,
the peace I needed,
from within.
Jesus set me free,
right then and there,
from now,
thru eternity.
