Alone Tonight

Alone Tonight

Hi there, how you been? I hope you're doing alright.
I'm sorry it's so late I feel so alone tonight. 
Since you left a lot has changed. The plants they have all died.
I gave them too much water from all the tears I cried.

The radio don't work no more I think I did something wrong.
Trying to get close to it last time it played our song.
I keep the shades pulled down, I don't want the world to see.
That you don't live here anymore and what's become of me.

I quit drinking coffee and watching the sun rise.
I quit almost everything when I quit looking in your eyes.
I lost the job I used to love I didn't like it there no more.
Nothing here is like it was when you were here before.

My friends have given up on me since I dropped out of sight.
I try not to think about it but I feel so alone tonight.
When you get this message I just wanted you to know.
That I still think about you. Well I guess I better go.
