Alone

Nothing to think of
Nothing to prove
Just sitting here thinking
Alone in my room.

No one to care for
No one to love
Just sitting and waiting
For a sign from above.

Just stuck here in neutral
Alone in my groove
Just sitting here thinking
Alone in my room.

I had love
I had passion
A reason to live.

I had drive
I had purpose
With so much to give.

Now I'm sitting here waiting
Alone in my room
Just sitting here waiting
With nothing to prove.
