Alone

Alone

The rustling wind whispers
memories fond
of the person I was
before I was me.

The dog barks!
I rush to see the subject of his attention,
and not seeing,
listen, for an answer
that never comes.

and I am lonely!

It's good to know you liked the poem but I'm new to this blog and not very computer savvy. I do appreciate the honor, but what is SKAT and what is the significance of having my poem featured there. How do I access it ?
