Alone
In this big world, who am I?
In my most anguishing moments,
Isn't there anyone sending their thoughts from the sky?
As I hear bombs blasting away,
In my most fearful moments,
Isn't there anyone who's going to help somehow, some way?
As I think to myself when this horror will end,
In my most angered moments,
Isn't there anyone who's got more then just violence to send?
As I see blood and hatred being spread day by day,
In my most faithless moments,
Isn't there anyone who doesn't laugh while I pray?
As the devil lends his ear, and allows my tears to fall,
In my most desperate moments,
Isn't there anyone who truly holds our father's call?
As the whole world falls silently to their knees,
In my most painful moments,
I beg, God, won't you save me please!
