Alone

I'm left alone to fight this battle. afraid to speak up because of what others will think about me. sorrow feel my soul, tears feel my eyes, i can't release them because there's no one around. keeping things buried deep inside lying to others about whats going on around me. saying I'm okay when inside i die each day. a soldier for everyone but myself. i know i have to tell someone but who can i tell, when I'm left alone to fight this battle.

When things go wrong in your life, as they do in everyone else's lives too, the only thing you can do is to speak to someone who can comfort you. By talking about your sorrow you heal yourself within. By burying shock, sorrow, unhappiness inside yourself, you are only germinating the seeds that cause depression and illness. Speak to others because we all have to do this. Bless you.
