Almost Fall

Cobalt blue roped clouds lie 'pon the sky
Reach down and touch the distant trees
One lone butterfly flitted by
On the cool August's morn's breeze

August will soon be ending
September will parade upon the scene
Life will mellow in the cool beginning
That season's change will forthwright bring

Unfinished

It can stand on its own as it is. It's short but a reader feels what you wish to transmit. Should you still add to it, I will be happy to be back and read it again. hugs!
