Alliterated, All Tuckered Out

Spent spirits bend; grasping grips slip.
Bent backs bear what numb nails can never mend.
Frail fingers fail; bent bones break.
Weary wrists wrench as tired tendons twist.
Cold claws clutch sore shoulders.
Rust rasps hard; battered palms pull back.
Hammered hands hang; tired tools fall still.

This is a fantastic execution of the Alliterisen form. The strict double alliteration in every line creates a heavy, percussive rhythm that perfectly mirrors the physical and emotional weight of anxiety and burnout. Phrases like "weary wrists wrench" and "hammered hands hang" provide such vivid, tactile imagery that really brings the exhaustion to life. A wonderfully crafted and powerful piece!
