All You Need
The Beatles were my favourites,
I want to share with you,
Some of their hits that I hope help,
You say you LOVE ME, DO.
I share A DAY IN THE LIFE,
Of me every single day,
Don’t have to say PLEASE PLEASE ME,
Cos you do it anyway.
In OCTOPUS’S GARDENs
I know you’d be pleasing me,
Or in a YELLOW SUBMARINE,
Beneath the deep blue sea.
I know if I need HELP from you,
You’ll offer it alright,
It will be for my BENEFIT,
And not for MR KITE!
You know I WANT TO HOLD YOUR HAND,
I’ll tell you that once more,
I’ll never say DON’T LET ME DOWN,
You never did before.
IN MY LIFE you’ve added SOMETHING,
That’s not easy to describe,
You’re in my LONG AND WINDING ROAD,
My CAR I’d let YOU DRIVE.
I’m sharing ALL MY LOVING,
It does last 8 DAYS A WEEK,
I’m sending it FROM ME TO YOU,
The words I long to speak.
Each day I say GOOD MORNING,
And GOOD MORNING once again,
Prefer to say HERE COMES THE SUN,
Than knowing it will RAIN.
My thoughts HERE, THERE AND EVERYWHERE,
With all that’s going on,
With you there is no MISERY,
PS I LOVE YOU, it’s gone.
I’m no PAPERBACK WRITER,
Words I write come from above,
