All Too Soon

If someone had told me
How it all would end
I'd have told them they were crazy
Believing our love was made in heaven
You were my angel, you could do no wrong
In my arms, you said you would always belong
You said I was what you lived for, one of a kind
I thought we had found something, that people seldom find
I was promised forever one August afternoon
Only to find that forever, would end All Too Soon
