All Things Can Tempt Me
All things can tempt me from penning down my poem.
And here I cram, how fool I am, jotting down them.
A loud noise, from the neighbour's boys, or a party next door,
The roadside park, where dogs bark, and cars honk more.
The dashing beauty, hot and cutie, makes my heart soften.
More often than not, the whistling pot, distracts me often.
When the kids play, they make my day, I forget a line or two.
My darling wife, all my life, made my rhythm flew.
The parrot's call, frightens all, makes my mood sour,
The quietest time, for rhythmic rhyme, is the midnight hour.
