All the Feels

All the feels and even more
Are spilling out upon the floor

From my eyes, my mouth, my pen
They empty out then fill again

All these feels I’ve never known
Are finding in my heart their home

These strange sensations, could it be
That they were always inside me?

Yes, they are always in there, but it takes different events to pull them out. Welcome to Poetry Soup!

Thank you for your comments. Yes, it is interesting the events that can draw out emotions. I wrote this poem while I was hiking.
