All Natural

Lavender is my favorite herb
I find it to be superb
it's given to us so we can heal
the things that the doctors can't feel

A precious mint for to inhale
if you pay attention to detail
massage it in for relief
for stress that can induce grief

Laughter lowers cortisol
and increases immunity all in all
creativity does the same
an aromatherapy for the brain

I'll stop going to the doctor though gradual
I'll start living my life all natural

Come to think about it, our forefathers had no Big Pharma to deal with; natural medicine is the basis of it all. When laughter comes naturally, it too does us good :) Regards // paul

Spot on, natural as nature intended and her healing powers, I feel this is an area that is misunderstood and under valued and laughter is one of the best medicines around, Emilia : )

I believe a lot in natural healing. Maybe it's the Native American part of me. My maternal grandmother was Seminole. But, my looks come from my father's side which is Norwegian. :) ~Angie
