All My Cares
Wind is whipping, boats are zipping
On this lovely day.
Kids are skipping, trees are dipping;
Doesn’t feel like May.
It’s inviting, though, for writing;
Sunshine’s on display.
Bugs aren’t biting, no one’s fighting;
Stress remains at bay.
As I’m sitting, it seems fitting
Thoughts I can convey.
Time permitting, I’ll stay flitting
All my cares away.
