All It Takes Is One

All it takes is one,

One person to speak the truth,
One person to give a smile,

One person to grab your hand,
While you’re going through the fire.

One person to show they really care,
One person to actually be there,
One person to vote to break the tie,
One person to uncover the torturous lie,

One person to have the boldness to stand,
After everyone else was told that they are banned,

One person to pull the trigger,
One person to fight that is bigger,
One person to hold the door while you walk in,

One person died for all of our sins.
