All I Need
All I need to do is pull back my finger
Then it will all end there
Take away the throbbing in my mind
Stop the pain on the inside and out
No more tears seeping from my eyes
The screaming will come to an end
For once I might be happy
For once I might truely smile
For once life seems worth it
But if all I need to do is pull back my finger
Then life isn't what I want
It isn't what I need
