Airport Bustle

Where can all these people be going? Thousands in this one huge terminal Scurrying along like ants in single file Growing impatient with any distraction A last minute gate change or delay Brings no holiday traveler satisfaction One must look closely for the rare smile Long lines waiting for next vacant urinal In a full Airbus or Seattle's 737 Boeing. written November 23, 2021

Thanks, Rico. Indeed, I do remember when passenger flying was something very, very special. I remember when everyone dressed up to fly anywhere. I recall when all "stewardesses" had to be registered nurses first. And lots more...

Thanks, Avery. It is so good to be home. I enjoyed my week in Puerto Vallarta, but there is no substitute for sleeping between your own sheets! Happy Thanksgiving to you, too!
