Airplanes Flying Over This Planet
Airplanes flying over this planet
with impressive mountains and wide oceans,
you defeat the forces of gravity
as I defeat my own credibility...
while your humming and roaring
continue through those clear and cloudy
days, through those skies too dark or shining
that challenge the boldness of any pilot.
Anybody staring at the wideness
of your bodies can't imagine their awesomeness,
how you break through thick clouds
filled with rain and stroke by electrifying lightenings;
the powerful force of the noisy engines
incites the human spirit of the intrepid pilots.
Airplanes flying over this planet,
you witness the Heavens' magnificence
as I can't from where I'm standing;
pretty are the shadowy nights with flickering
stars when the constellations sparkle
and seem to glide as they amaze
the starry eyes of humans and owls...
who ignores the beauty of this spectacle
has not acquired the knowledge of intellect,
only images that are seen by incredulous eyes.
All of the earth's wonders cannot be compared
with a universe constantly changing,
more stars and planets are being
discovered and named after astronomers,
and each of them created by God,
look more magnificent than the others.
