Aide-Toi, Le Ciel T'Aidera
A brother I want
a sister I sought,
but in the end I am
alone and sad
with my heart contrite
in a rain of tears which I sought to dry
with the love of my dear.
Alas she is not.
For her stay I fought,
but sadly she left,
without a word,
without saying goodbye,
her promises unkept.
Shamelessly she lied.
Oh what a crime
committed without
shame nor a sigh,
a dishonorable route.
A new girl I shall find
who shall be to me a delight.
Hopefully this girl
shall be my precious pearl
with whom my heart
I shall compart.
Love is multifaceted;
Love is tenderness.
