Agony of a Husband
Sweet, passionate, and perfect it was
Romantic, fantastic, and transparent it was
Interesting, lovely, and amazing it was
Beautiful, wonderful and marvellous it was
With no blemish
With no one being selfish
Despite the fact that we sell fish
And everyday back then we ate fish
Until suddenly it all "finish"
Not the fish
But...
The passion, the perfection
The romance and the sweetness
No where to be found
All gone for good
Hugging and kissing are no longer your thing
"I need to be with my children"
That has been your regular anthem
Even when they are sleeping
I need back the wife I married
I need back the sweet girl I fell in love with
I need back my heart desire
I need back the old love.
