Notes About The Poem

Agendaless Exuberance

We see all around us duality, endless pairs of opposites in motion, attachment to which, joy fatality, so still attention in meditation, ending needless thought flow agitation. Abiding thus in thought rested stillness, boundaries blur; we entwine with oneness. Delusion ends, as ego disappears, emptiness replaced by bliss in fullness, ending erst fears, as God’s presence so nears. Our vaporised self, has no agenda, as we thus become a conduit divine, complicating not life by addenda, head-heart meld, with love pulsations align, playing our earth role, as God does assign. Quirks of fate, akin to a Ferris wheel, yet both highs and lows hold equal appeal, since we liken life to a lucid dream, undiluted remains our zest and zeal, as life images continue to stream. 28-October-2021 (HMS syllable counter used)

oh my, you have such a way of seeing life. Spirituality is not one of my stronger points, so I admire those who can feel these things like what you write of here. Sure hope I can come up with a poem for this particular contest of yours!!

We are all spiritual beings, Andrea, manifest whenever any hue of love burst forth!

Oh how can anyone get upset while looking at that proud smile? In her mind she's created something beautiful. Exuberance without an agenda!
