Ageless Partnership

The soul that fires brightly in the darkness
draws close the courageous and the wicked.
One means to cherish. One means to threaten.
The spirit glows for all those within its ken,
calming, testing; guiding both worlds ahead,
pleased with the shadows hushed aid in progress.
