-Age of Appreciation

For me….. my senior years
Have become my age of appreciation 
I see and feel life more clearly now
Have heightened observations

I no longer care when people judge
Or what they think of me
I finally know just who I am
I am fulfilled and happy

I appreciate life and it’s offerings
Like I never have before
I see positives rather than negatives
I worry less and enjoy so much more

I treasure the raw beauty of nature
It fills me with harmony
I love life’s simple pleasures
Each day a joy to me

Of course life is not all roses
It still has issues and complications 
I just view it through different eyes
In my age of appreciation!!
