Spring's slipping away

A May shower falls at noon

       The final rainbow

I could just imagine that rainbow, all bright with a golden sunny background-- hmmm the term liquid sunshine day come sto mind right now, Mitch! You sure left such a sweet comment in my poem, thank you very much, from one amateur poet to another :D p.s. I love the word "amateur" since it takes its roots from the word for love I believe, to me an amateur will always be a person who does something because of the passion, the love for it. And that's how your poems come across for me.
