Afternoon Delight

My path’s uninterrupted as I float near the ground
Passing through the colors of rainbows that surround

My song is softly playing in the breeze of the wind
I encircle a fountain and turn back again

Drifting effortlessly through the wild
Dragonflies meet me with grace and style

Drinking in the most beautiful of scenes
Shining glory in shades of blue and green

My vision’s filled with spirit, there is no strife
I travel magically with the speed of life

Wheat fields like the ocean they wave
I flash a smile and continue on my way

Hovering and bathing in the essence of delight
I am a Hummingbird on my afternoon flight

Transforming yourself into a hummingbird~flying si free, above all of the beauties that their is ti see~free to go where you shall~amid the rainbows which depict life and its serenities~as a soul, set free from the sometines/often bondages of its flesh!? Debbie Guzzi March 19, 2009 at 6:47 AM Just wonderful! You know it seems to me as if you have astral projected?? Line 1 path & pass..have difficulty in ones mouth perhaps a different word than pass? "speed of light" if you put speed of life...you get 2 ideas in the readers head with one word, where you say "essence of life" you could say essence of delight? Just some ideas to polish the excellent! Light & Love
