Quote by poet Rainfall falls so quickly, and heavy High water overflowed the river levee Causing widespread damage. Heartbreak and very difficult to manage. The streets turn into deep flowing rivers. Cars submerged in the water shivers. Few people injured or died in flash flood runoff Until the torrential rain tappers off.
