After All This Time

In all these years that I thought you were gone, I grieved for you and prayed for the strength that I could and would go on. I hoped and prayed it was just a bad dream, That I would open my eyes and life would go on as it had been. But that was not to be, And when I opened my eyes I was brought back to reality. I face this time searching for a place to belong, It's when I heard the mountains call out to me. A voice saying over and over cone to the mountains my lady. They beckon me to come home, Home where I belonged. There I know you’re waiting for me, Waiting on the mountain for his lady.
