Advice To a Lost Friend

She's in love and sometimes the world can blind her eyes to the truth. She doesn't realize that he's suffocating her youth. She's willing to travel the world for him, leave everything behind and I don't know why but she's losing her smile even though she's happy I can see the future to come. Constantly crying over fights they have yet she'd never say no to him not a chance. I try to tell her this may be true love but there is more to life than being with someone. He may make you feel good and the world may seem wonderful when he's around but the sky can be blue as a bird flying south alone. Just closed your eyes, relax take this slow the future holds all your dreams don't let him pull you away from everything you want. Love, a four letter word that often turns sour if he is the one you'll know two thunderstorms from now and two rain showers.
