Advice From Afar

You be troubled, I'll be sad
You be happy, I'll be glad

You be near, I'll be dear
You be far, I'll get you here

You be sweet, you’ll get a treat
You be nice, I'll do you twice

Couldn't miss you any more
Couldn't buy you at the store

I'd buy you a candy cane
But my sugar ain't the same

Love your smile, best thing ever
Except your voice, makes me quiver

Your tender loving swallows me
Your harmony just follows me

You're my angel, I need you
You lift me up when I feel blue

What I've seen, I just adore
Can't imagine what's in store
