Dear Future Poets: The best advice I have for you is this: Read! Read! Read! Read the old Masters and read the new. They will implant their wisdom in you. And the insights that you receive from the poems that you read, will water your soul, like rain on seed. How does poetry taste? Have you ever eaten a poem?
