Adrift In Love's River
I float, I drift, at a slow languid pace,
Content to bob, by love’s river carried,
Fantasies focused on your lovely face,
Immersed in thanks for years we’ve been married;
I eddy, swirl, by your side—in my place—
As one, we wend, in the tide of God’s grace.
