Addiction - Here's the Solution

"If you have a higher goal in life, everything else becomes insignificant"

There was a time I must admit 
I was totally addicted to it
It gave me real joy 
I must say I did enjoy 

During quarantine I couldn't have it 
Felt sickly and miserable without it
Full day thinking how will I get it
For I couldn't manage my day without it

Suddenly life became very busy
Just few hours of sleep so busy 
This went on for a few months
They really were tough months

I merely wanted rest and sleep 
To lay down thoughtless, long sleep
One day I realised I had forgotten my addiction 
I was out of it, now I have no addiction

If you are too busy for it
You will be out of it
If you don't think of it
You will easily quit

Headache, unhealthy just not able to work. Realised even a small addiction can make life miserable. Now I can live without it. Have a merry Christmas and wonderful year ahead. Take care, Rama
