Pray...write your feelings on paper, and find a therapist you feel comfortable with...I have one, and she has helped me so much.....You will be in my prayers, Always, Christy

I agree with what Michael said in everyway. there is better ways to do things. to write how we feel is a good step to start. the other is to believe on Jesus and accept him as your Savior. thank you for reading my poetry and for your comment. and I am 65 years old to the answer to your question.

I pose this question - Do you wish to learn how to constructively process your pain - What psychical and psychological relief do you experience while cutting and have you ever thought of handling things another way - Do you believe in God and do you believe that life has more to offer

This is an area that I have crossed paths with several times in the last couple of years - I don't really understand this but the addiction part I fully comprehend - I feel it is always important to write out our feelings for it saved me - To ever achieve gain we must first seek it God bless
