Acceptance Part 2

The floodgates, of my emotions are open wide, unable to breathe, stepping foot back into that space never again. I know my history and this event will be erased from my mind, never to haunt my memories again. Then this voice spoke to me saying, “Not this time, you still have a balance and it must be paid in full.” My heart is hardened even more, I will not submit saying, “I still have one.” Do not tempt Fate, she is absolute in her plans and she takes no hostages. One month later she strikes again. She claimed her prize. Acceptance is beautiful, it is a cure all, and it covers all.

Acceptance has the power of
                        Healing
                                  Restoring
                                              Forgiving
                                                          Surrendering
All of these must be done willingly. Please, never forget what you heard in the “LIGHT” when you are covered in darkness. Acceptance paid my debt in “FULL.”

This poem left me curious. Could it be about accepting things that we have no control over, not fighting it any longer?? I'm wondering if I"m even close? :)

Yes, you are right. The Creator gives us choices and based on what you do, what you say, and even who you marry all have consequences. But it is true faith having acceptance and ownership of our outcome being good or bad.
