Acceptance

The curtain of my human mind
Hides a prism of memories behind
Some are red, some are blue
Some do not have any hue

Hues of black covered in white
To hide the sorrow from the sight
Some are faded some are vivid
Some are left still and frigid

Some have gone without a trace
But are difficult to erase
I could faint but it's not right
I should go alone in flight
