Absolute Truth 8x8

I’ve heard it said life’s a river
With bends, rocky shallows and dams,
And love not gifts but the giver,
Don’t be a lion, but a lamb.

An apple a day is the cure,
And happiness comes from within.
Of one thing I’m totally sure
I much prefer vodka to gin!
