Absent

Some days I'm just vacuous
No coherent thoughts together
And I use the vague excuse
That it's due to the weather
But actually my head's full
Of fantastic visions and dreams
And I can only feel the world
Through the cracks in the seams

I think cracks are beautiful too.. our heads are a very busy place indeed. I enjoyed this gem this afternoon

Thank you Wilma, Leonard Cohen's words about "cracks" are one of my favourite...."that's how the light gets in"
