Abracadabra Day

Forget-me-nots share sighs of For-Heaven-sake's, from boulevards to avenues, the streets -- speak. City park use strengthens, as the day lengthens. Doves charming swarms of drakes, tethering the lakes, while the awesome vision enlightened the crowds, frequent strolls beneath middays consoling breaks. Wandering drifts of cloud-swept vistas abroad. Smooth gushing sounds that the family film takes of the small falls that meanders down the creek. As the day lengthens, city park use strengthens. Silence climbs, Forget-me-not steads mid handshakes.

Congratulations Hilo Poet! Your beautiful, relaxing poem earned you a distinguished place in my contest. You should be proud of your placement. Many good poems were submitted, and still, your poem rose to the top ten. Well done, my friend Emile.

Nice poem. Wandering in the park and adoring flowers is such a charm.

Unfortunately, my contracted time there was busily brief, and with that circumstance, I did not have such an opportunity for a visit, even though it was across street where I worked, thank you Jay. Aloha William

Only if you walk in the shadows, sometimes even with someone--may not suffice, perhaps your share is a good advice, Darlene. Aloha William

Yes, Darlene, this is Central Park in New York City midtown Manhattan near 5th Avenue where I worked at The Plaza for a while, years ago, it's the city's creme de le creme. Aloha William
