About Time

Time is such a luxury,
More valuable than wealth,
Especially when partnered with
The better side of health.

Retirees, possessing both,
May find themselves afraid
That any moment their good fortune
May begin to fade.

So we should cram what time we have
With joy from dusk ‘til dawn,
For we may learn, quite suddenly,
Our stash is overdrawn.

The WHO say USA longevity has now plummeted to 78.6-years because USA healthcare - the most expensive on earth - is more interested in profit than in healing, so you are right on the money! Stay healthy! Aloha! Rico

wise words indeed Ilene, the best thing my hubby did was take early retirement after his cancer and we try and fill our day and grab every opportunity we have:-) hugs Jan xx
