Abandoned
Take me out of this cursed land Mom,
I'm too tired to go on
The only thing that keeps me sane
Is the sweet thought of going home
You told me you'd be back Ma,
You promised it was just a day
But these guys wont believe me now,
They push me on my knees, I pray
I cry, I weep, they hurt me more
They think I'm weak, but they don't know
These wounds of flesh won't hurt for long
With every pain, I'm only strong
So it happens, I plan to run
Come tomorrow, I will be free
Nothing, can stop me now
I will be free, I will be free
Voices in my head they say
They believe I'm an abondoned child
Was I such a shame to you
That you left me alone, your only child?
Eleven years is a long time Jane
I'm too tired, I wanna leave
Hey Ma, you remember Jane?
Shes the reason you abandoned me!
No worries Ma, I forgive you now
I love you too much to hate you
I know you had some reason
Yes Ma, I forgive you
I'm waiting, When the lights go off
I'll run, I'll be free again
Wait for me when the sun goes down
I'll be back, We'll be one again
So it happens, I plan to run
From this wretched place, I will be free
Nothing, can stop me now
I will be free, I will be free
