A World Alone

The world will be a better place,
Once your eyes are open,
Allow the good that makes your case,
To spread it to those hoping...
For a kinder word or two,
To ones that need to hear it,
With some hands protecting you,
From those who need to fear it...
The world will never be as lonely,
Once you stop and listen,
You will see that things are only,
Part of one thing missing...
Like pieces of a dream we bond,
Like facets on a gem,
Till we become the glue beyond,
The answers deep within...
The world can be a better place,
But if you feel alone,
Just come and occupy this space,
That we will call our own...
