A Work of Art

I thought you were someone to call a friend
Never did i see an end
Giving me a life worth living
Yet the one the most unforgiving
You were heaven sent
So much time wasted in the time we spent
Giving me a reason to live
The one unwilling to forgive
What is it I'm looking for
Trying to restore
Things to what is was before
I let my hair down
Yet again anothrr letdown
Should i have given my heart
Life is nothing more than a work of art
