A Word Called Hate

Lord I don’t like
This word called hate
I used it today
When I was running late.

And I said it yesterday
And I believe the day before
And as often as I said it
Then I’d say it even more.

I said I hate this one
Then I said I hate that
No matter how it’s said
It’s meant as an attack.

Oh Lord, please help
You must of heard for yourself
Today I said,
“I just hate myself!”

Very well written as we should all be more attentive as to what we say and think. He knows you didn't really mean it. Still yet very honest emotions. Peace my dear:)
