A Woman's Cry

In a maze in a daze
Amaging this to is just a phase
Itll be ok
Well get through it
Make up for it
Get it right
You didnt mean it
Its a small fight
A womens cry her soul cries
Yeah you keep telling your self
Covering up for your lover
Its more then what you think
Some call it
Domestic violence

Hit abuse feeling misused
Wounds you hide
Try to get by as the day withers away
Thinking yet he still loves me he cares
Wondering is this the life
A womens cry her soul cries
he saying baby i love you ill make everything alright
Not realizing your playing with your life
If you stay
Dont understand your a women he'a man
You keep taking beatings from his hand
Your soul cries inside
Everytime she get hit apart of her dies

As you lay there in the night
Tears fall as you have visions of him
Hitting you realizing its more then a fight
He holds you tight
Thinking its you not him
But in reality its hard to face the truth
Dont want to be a victim of domestic abuse
You refuse
He hurt you time and time
Its like a old song that keeps pushing rewind
A womens cry her soul cries

Lost in cant find your way
Wanna yell, wanting to cry and wanna shout
So much pain hidden deep down
Trying to keep faith God he'll bring you out
Shine the light on those darkest nights
Dont give up the fight
If you do you'll never make it out.
Your soul cry she cries
Wanting out
Domestic violence
