A Winning Love Hand
There's a feeling in the pit
Of my stomach that's a bit
Funny, I have never felt
Ever since the day you dealt
My heart such a winning hand
Of love I don't understand
Every other times I trusted
I was dealt a hand that busted
My heart in two every time
I lost this game on down the line
This game of love is breaking me
Why am I so unlucky
Every chance I tried to take
Was always a higher stake
The more I played, the more I lost
How much will it finally cost
Till I win a hand at last
No more shadow overcast
As the cloud above me fades
My "hearts" finding love in "spades"
